November (and December) scent!

Hi there, babycakes!

I've chosen the scent for November and it will run through December 20th (when I take the rest of the month off for Christmas!).

Candy Cane!

This is a peppermint-only scent, NOT the same as the Mint Blend (which is a blend of 4 different mint oils)!

I am also brainstorming new names for the Honey Hold since MANY people are saying how wonderful it is on their rough heels, elbows, cuticles, etc! It's not just for holding braids and twists! If you have a great idea, please leave it in the comments section for me!

Babycakes: Lip Butter continues to be HUGELY popular but especially now, heading into winter! Stock up with your next order so you don't run out!

Thank you everyone for your continued support! It's such a blessing to my family!!

Adoption Update: Our dossier should be in Ethiopia any moment now, and then it begins it's translation in-country before being submitted to the courts so we can wait for a court appointment date! Praying we can still MAYBE get a court date in December... but that's a VERY LONG long-shot!

  1. This is so awesome! I'm proud of you, Chrissy!

PS- I'm telling you. It's time to market Babycakes to the dried out state of Colorado. :)

  2. We LOVE babycakes! We either use pure organic coconut oil or babycakes on our just turned three year old son. We love them both, but the babycakes is less greasy and seems to stay on longer. We use it head to toe, including on his hair. It works wonderfully and keeps his skin soft, smooth, and moisturized. It's the perfect amount of moisture for his hair and scalp and when his hair needs a little extra moisture I cowash with babycakes. I also got my DH to finally start using it:-) He uses it on his super dry african-american skin and coarse hair. He's never looked better:-) We are almost out of the natural and just ordered some peppermint, can't wait to try it!
